The MolinaCares Accord Installs Blood Pressure Testing Station in Mesquite

MESQUITE, Tex., April 25, 2025 – The MolinaCares Accord, together with Molina Healthcare of Texas and the American Heart Association, presented a blood pressure testing station to the Mesquite ISD Family Engagement Center. The station will be permanently installed and available for community members to access during regular operating hours.
Funding for the station was part of a recent $100,000 grant from The MolinaCares Accord, in collaboration with Molina Healthcare of Texas. The grant supports the placement of 20 table-top blood pressure stations at highly trafficked locations in Greater Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Laredo, El Paso, Tyler, Hidalgo County, and Bexar County.
The Mesquite ISD installation event also featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony as well as resources and information on how to use the machine and improve health outcomes.
