The MolinaCares Accord Donates Meals to COVID-19 Frontline Staff in Mississippi
GULFPORT, Miss., and PASCAGOULA, Miss., Aug. 25, 2021 – The MolinaCares Accord (“MolinaCares”), in collaboration with Molina Healthcare of Mississippi (“Molina”), donated meals to frontline staff on the Memorial Hospital Gulfport COVID-19 floor.
“We are thrilled to support the frontline workers who do so much for those in need,” said Bridget Galatas, plan president of Molina Healthcare of Mississippi. “MolinaCares is dedicated to helping our communities, and taking care of those who care for others is just one way we can show our support.”
MolinaCares provided a complimentary lunch to 61 frontline staff on August 24 and will be hosting a second lunch soon at Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula.
“We are grateful to MolinaCares for reaching out and encouraging our frontline staff,” said Ann Dronit, volunteer coordinator for community and corporate relations at Memorial Hospital. “It means so much during these difficult times.”
