SEATTLE, Wash., Dec. 15, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Washington recently sponsored a community outreach open enrollment event for underserved Washingtonians. Molina’s donation helped fund the free event, connecting attendees to two local clinics, the Carolyn Down Family Medical Center and Country Doctor Community Health Center.

Part of Seattle Roots Community Health, these two clinics offer local communities a wide array of health services, for individuals of all ages. These include prenatal and family planning, immunizations, diabetes management, HIV prevention and care, behavioral health counseling, substance use treatment, and holistic medicine. The clinics also offer dental care, pharmacy services, same-day appointments, after-hours clinics, harm reduction programs, and school-based health centers.

“Like Molina, Seattle Roots Community Health is committed to improving health equity and empowering communities through accessible, comprehensive care,” said Tiana B. Jones, clinic operations manager at Seattle Roots Community Health. “We remain steadfast in our comitment to continuing this work, and serving the Central District and Capitol Hill communities, as we have been doing for over 50 years.”
