FORKS, Wash., March 20, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Washington presented $5,500 to Forks Community Hospital in support of a new mammography system.

The donation follows an equipment failure last summer that prevented the hospital from offering breast cancer screenings for several months, impacting the local community’s access to critical healthcare services. To address this issue, the hospital temporarily rented a mammography system and launched the “Operation Mammogram” funding initiative.

“Molina is proud to support this vital initiative and help fund this new mammography system,” said Dr. Jay Fathi, plan president at Molina Healthcare of Washington.  “It’s crucial that these essential services are permanently accessible to the community so that we can ensure better health outcomes for all.”
