SAN MARCOS, Tex., July 21, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas presented Texas Parent to Parent with a check for $15,000 in support of their annual statewide parent conference. Funding supported conference activities including educational sessions for parents attending the event.
Topics covered at the conference included how to navigate the unique challenges parents face every day as they care for the complex needs of their children. The grant also helped offset the cost for families that attended. Priority assistance was given to families with children who have recently been diagnosed with health conditions.
Molina also supported the Texas Parent to Parent Family Fun Night, hosting a circus-themed sensory stimulation booth, providing face painting to families in attendance.

About Texas Parent to Parent
Texas Parent to Parent is a statewide nonprofit organization created by parents to provide support, information and education for families of children with disabilities, chronic and mental health conditions, and other health care needs in Texas. We support children by empowering their families to be their advocates through parent-to-parent support, resource referral and education, and by educating professionals about the unique needs of these children. We believe knowledge is power and there is no greater gift for TxP2P families than receiving the knowledge needed to effectively advocate on behalf of their children.
