Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Stress Education Event for Seniors in Irving

IRVING, Tex., April 8, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas Grandparents Social Club, together with Heritage Senior Center, hosted a stress awareness and prevention event for seniors in the Irving area.
This free educational event included a presentation covering the following topics:
- What is stress?
- Common concerns of stress,
- Physical and emotional effects of stress,
- Recognizing signs of stress – physical, emotional and behavioral,
- Techniques for managing stress,
- The power of laughter,
- Seeking support.
The event aimed to empower seniors in managing their stress and maintaining their overall health and well-being as they navigate their roles in family and life. Information and resources on how to reduce stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle were provided.
