Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Stress Awareness Event for Seniors in White Settlement

WHITE SETTLEMENT, Tex., May 5 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas Grandparents Social Club, together with John Peter Smith (JPS) Mental Health Department, hosted a special event, Managing Stress Through Meditation, for seniors in the Fort Worth area

This free event, held at White Settlement Senior Center, aimed to raise awareness on the effects of stress. It featured tips on simple meditation and breathing techniques that can be used to manage daily challenges. Attendees learned practical methods to calm the mind, reduce stress and improve their overall well-being. The event also included healthy fruit snacks and door prizes.
