Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Mothers’ Day Celebrations Across the State to Honor Local Moms

EL PASO, FORT WORTH, SAN ANTONIO, Tex., May 21, 2026 – Molina Healthcare of Texas and community partners hosted a series of Mothers’ Day celebrations to honor moms across the state.
These free events, designed to celebrate local mothers, grandmothers, and other maternal figures, aimed to empower attendees through education, resources and social connection. Participants had the opportunity to relax and recharge with refreshments and giveaways, as well as educational materials on preventive care, health and wellness, and self-care.
Vouchers for breast cancer and HPV screenings, as well as vaccines, were available at the Fort Worth event. Blood pressure checks and health coverage application assistance were available at the El Paso event.
The San Antonio event focused on senior moms, with information on how to reduce social isolation, in support of both mental and physical well-being. Participants enjoyed interactive activities, wellness exercises, movement activities, refreshments and snacks. Self-care bags were also provided.
