Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Mental Health Awareness Events for Senior Moms in Houston

HOUSTON, May 30, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas Grandparents Social Club hosted two mental health awareness events for senior moms in Houston in celebration of Mother’s Day.

These free events, held at Hardy Senior Center and Baker Ripley Senior Health and Wellness Southwest Multi-Service Center, aimed to honor mothers, grandmothers and maternal figures, while providing seniors with tools and information to support their emotional well-being, mindfulness, and social connection.

Participants had the chance to take part in uplifting conversations, enjoy some light snacks and receive giveaways including inspirational journals, stress relief candles, scented soaps and more.
