Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Men’s Mental Health Event in Los Fresnos

LOS FRESNOS, Tex., June 25, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas Grandparents Social Club hosted a men’s mental health event, in honor of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. Senior men from Alton Recreation Center enjoyed a special field trip to Fragile Planet Wildlife Park to celebrate fatherhood and friendship in a place where nature meets nurture. Guests enjoyed an uplifting experience that fostered happiness and emotional health, while in a serene environment filled with amazing wildlife and natural beauty.
Spending time with animals or out in nature has been shown to reduce stress, boost one’s mood, and promote mental clarity. This event aimed to honor senior fathers, while offering a meaningful opportunity to support mental health in a fun and engaging way.
