RIO BRAVO, Tex., Sept. 25, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas Mom’s Club hosted a meal planning event at the Ricardo Molina Community Center in Rio Bravo. The free event aimed to help busy parents streamline their meal planning and preparation so they feel confident in the kitchen and are equipped with the tools they need to create quick, nutritious, budget-friendly meals that fit into their busy schedule.

Attendees learned practical tips for organizing grocery lists, prepping healthy meals in advance, and saving time in the kitchen. They even got to sample a meal to inspire their journey toward healthier, more economical choices.
