Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Healthy Eating Event in Mesquite

MESQUITE, Tex., Sept. 23, 2025 – The Molina Healthcare of Texas Moms Club, together with Mesquite ISD and Ascend Dallas, hosted a healthy eating event for families from Mesquite ISD.

This free event, held at the Mesquite ISD Family Engagement Center, aimed to support parents with practical tools for health and family wellness. It featured two short presentations:

• Healthy Eating – Practical tips on meal planning, shopping on a budget, and preparing nutritious meals for the whole family.

• Healthy Families – A family-centered wellness session in partnership with Ascend Dallas Parent Cafe, focusing on building stronger connections and healthy habits at home.

Together, these sessions gave parents strategies to nourish their families – physically, emotionally, and socially.
