FORT WORTH, Tex., April 1, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas hosted a “Pathway to Transition” health and wellness event at the Tri-Ethnic Community Center to educate members of the community on the process of transitioning children from the Star Kids program to the Star+Plus Medicaid program. The event included key information on waivers and how to navigate the transition smoothly.
