Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Health and Wellness Event for Seniors in Mesquite

MESQUITE, Tex., June 16, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas Grandparents Social Club, together with Mesquite ISD, hosted a health and wellness event for local seniors.
The free event, designed specifically for older adults, aimed to celebrate the power of movement as a means to boost both physical and mental health, as well as independence and quality of life. This uplifting workshop promoted the benefits of light activity, whether that’s walking, dancing, or stretching.
Attendees enjoyed a light exercise session, engaging wellness conversations, basic health screenings and practical tips for improved health and wellness.
