Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Health and Wellness Event for Fort Worth Families Supporting Individuals with Special Needs

FORT WORTH, May 30, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas hosted “Pathway to Transition,” a health and wellness event to educate individuals who support those with special needs about services available to them, including health and wellness, self-advocacy, vocational training, and more.

Attendees of the free event, held at the Tri-Ethnic Community Center, had the opportunity to connect with key organizations, including My Health My Resources of Tarrant County and Workforce Solutions, which specializes in helping individuals with special needs find employment and access vital resources.
