Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Flu Vaccine Clinic in Irving

IRVING, Tex., September 23, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas, in partnership with Albertsons’ Tom Thumb Pharmacy and Heritage Senior Center in Irving, hosted an immunization clinic on National Flu Day. The event provided influenza, pneumococcal, RSV, COVID and shingles vaccines, aiming to protect the local community ahead of the flu season.

According to the CDC, families and seniors 65+ living below the poverty line are 30% less likely to receive recommended vaccines than their higher-income peers—highlighting the need for outreach among underserved populations.

Those who received an immunization at the event received a voucher for 10 percent off groceries at Albertsons.
