Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Fall Prevention Event for Seniors in Laredo

LAREDO, Tex., Sept. 10, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas Grandparents Social Club hosted an informative fall prevention event for seniors at the Fernando Salinas Community Center in Laredo.

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults. As we age, changes in the body, certain health conditions, and medications can increase the risk of falling. The good news? Most falls are preventable.

At this free event, seniors learned simple but effective tips to help reduce the risk of falls, so they can stay safe, active and independent.
