Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Caregiver Support Event in White Settlement

WHITE SETTLEMENT, Tex., Nov. 10, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas’ Grandparents Social Club, together with the James L. West Center for Dementia Care, hosted a caregiver appreciation event that aimed to increase support, raise awareness and prevent caregiver burnout for those who carry the weight of caregiving responsibilities.

Held in honor of National Family Caregivers Month, this free event included tips on how to identify the signs of caregiver burnout, as well as a demonstration on breathing techniques to help caregivers destress and cope, especially while caring for a loved one with a serious illness.

All attendees received a free stress ball. Snacks and door prizes were also included.
