Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Baby Shower for New Parents in Houston

HOUSTON, September 26, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas, together with MD Kids Pediatrics, hosted a community baby shower to educate new parents about the importance of newborn and infant checkups.

Held at an MD Kids Pediatrics clinic, the event gave parents the opportunity to tour the facility, meet pediatricians, and learn firsthand what to expect during their baby’s well visits. The event aimed to empower parents with the knowledge and resources they need, while demystifying the topic of health care for infants, with information on everything from vaccinations to developmental screenings.

Regular check-ups are crucial in the first years of a child’s life. They help ensure babies grow strong and develop properly.
