Molina Healthcare of Texas Co-Hosts Health Awareness Event in Houston

HOUSTON, March 17, 2026 – Molina Healthcare of Texas, together with HOPE Health and Wellness Center and A Bite of HOPE, hosted a community baby shower, along with a health awareness resource fair focused on healthy eating, colon health and cancer prevention.

This free event, Healthy Habits, Healthy Colon, featured colorectal cancer education resources, plus a healthy food demonstration to highlight how everyday food choices support colon health and cancer prevention. Participants learned about colorectal cancer risk factors, the importance of early screening, and how fiber-rich, affordable meals can promote digestive health.
