Molina Healthcare of New York Opens New Community Resource Center in Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y., June 17, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of New York (“Molina”) cut the ribbon on the health plan’s first Community Resource Center (CRC) in Buffalo. The location will serve as a place to connect members and residents to community resources and for Molina members to receive in-person assistance with benefits. Molina representatives joined community leaders in officially opening the health plan’s newest New York location.

Community members can take advantage of programming each month which includes:

“The Molina Community Resource Center is an extension of our holistic approach to wellness,” said Joiel Alexander, Ray, AVP of growth and community engagement, Molina Healthcare of New York. “Our members receive valuable one-on-one guidance on how to take full advantage of their Molina health plan as well resources throughout Buffalo that can help improve their overall well-being.”

The CRC is located in the Tri-Main Center at 2495 Main Street. Molina representatives can assist with new member enrollment, information updates, plan questions, and more.  Walk-ins are welcome; no appointments are necessary.
