Molina Healthcare of California Donates Supplies to the LGBTQ Resource Center in Support of Refugees in Oceanside

OCEANSIDE, Calif., Oct. 30, 2023 – Molina Healthcare of California (“Molina”) recently donated over 1,500 supply items to the North County LGBTQ Resource Center in Oceanside as part of National Make a Difference Day.

Donated items, including socks, baby wipes, personal hygiene items, blankets, phone chargers, power strips, grocery bags,  backpacks and water, will be distributed as needed to refugees who arrive at the center.

“Our center thrives because of generous donations from organizations like Molina,” said Jeri Nicolas, office administrator at North County LGBTQ Resource Center. “Molina understands equality and inclusion and the needs of our diverse LGBTQIA+ community. We are grateful to have received this donation as part of National Make a Difference Day. We look forward to a continued partnership in the future.”
