MILWAUKEE, Wisc., November 4, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin (“Molina”), in collaboration with My Choice Wisconsin by Molina Healthcare and TMG, joined members of the community in the Revitalize Milwaukee Block Build event in October. The two-day renovation rush brought together hundreds of volunteers, corporate sponsors and local organizations to transform the Burnham Park neighborhood. Health plan employees spent hours reconstructing a deck, porch, steps, railing and more to make a mid-20th Century home safer for its occupants.
Hosted by Revitalize Milwaukee, this initiative focuses on providing critical home repairs, safety modifications, and beautification projects for up to 20 homes owned by low-income seniors, veterans, and individuals living with disabilities. This year, the Block Build focused on the Burnham Park neighborhood in Milwaukee. Currently, nearly 21% of residents in Burnham Park live below the poverty line. Approximately 42% of the housing units are owner-occupied, and about 6% are vacant, indicating housing instability.
“Molina is proud to partner with Revitalize Milwaukee to help make the Burnham Park neighborhood brighter and its homes safer,” said Brett Davis, plan president for Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin. “Molina is committed to the communities we serve.”
