FarmboxRx 2021 Outcomes Report
Molina Healthcare of New Mexico has released a report highlighting the results of a 2021 custom health outcomes program for its Medicare members. The program, developed in partnership with FarmboxRx, provides the delivery of monthly boxes containing fresh produce, health literacy resources, healthy recipes, and nutrition tips to qualifying Molina New Mexico members upon completion of activities aimed to improve member health and wellness.
