Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Healthy Living Event for Seniors in White Settlement

WHITE SETTLEMENT, Tex., Dec. 8, 2025 – Molina Healthcare of Texas’ Grandparents Social Club hosted Healthy Living For Your Brain and Body, a special presentation for seniors in White Settlement.

Designed to support emotional wellness as many navigate seasonal depression, this free event aimed to boost the mood of attendees while providing helpful tips to promote health and wellness.

The Alzheimer’s Association of North Central Texas shared a special presentation. Healthy snacks and door prizes were provided. All participants received a free stress ball.
