Molina Healthcare of California Donates $10,000 to Wellspring Women’s Center in Support of Maternal Health in Sacramento

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Nov. 4, 2024 – Molina Healthcare of California (“Molina”) recently donated $10,000, over 6,500 diapers, 3,800 sanitary pads, and a host of hygiene supplies to Wellspring Women’s Center in Sacramento as part of National Make a Difference Day.
Donated items, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more, will be distributed as needed to local women and children in need through the Wellspring Women’s Center.
“Our center flourishes because of donations from organizations like Molina,” said Genelle Smith, executive director at Wellspring Women’s Center. “Molina shares our goal to serve vulnerable women and children with dignity and respect. We are grateful to have received this donation that will help our local community to be healthy and thrive.”
