WHY: The COVID-19 pandemic has touched every level of society, and over the past year, the impact on
seniors in Texas and across the country has been profound. From the forced social isolation to family
members succumbing to illness to the economic and familial stresses of the crisis, the short and long-term effects on our seniors remain to be seen.

As Texas returns to normalcy, MolinaCares is hosting a panel to look back at how COVID-19 has affected the underserved, especially the aging population, and to discuss how healthcare, academia, government, and community-based organizations can work together to meet the needs of our growing senior population.
