DESCRIPTION:The MolinaCares Accord\, in collaboration with Senior Whole Health by Molina Healthcare\, is proud to present a virtual panel examining how the Place-Based Supports (PBS) approach improves health outcomes for seniors.   \n\n\n\nNearly 50% of older adults living alone lack the financial resources required to pay for basic needs including food\, medicine\, clothing\, and hygiene products.
