Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin Names Dr. Raymond Zastrow Chief Medical Officer

MILWAUKEE, Jan. 4, 2022 – Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Raymond Zastrow as chief medical officer (CMO) for the health plan.

Dr. Zastrow has more than 38 years of experience in the medical field, both as a practicing physician and executive leader. He joined Molina in 2013 and has served in key executive roles, including senior medical director, before his selection as CMO. Prior to Molina, Dr. Zastrow, a family medicine physician, served in private practice with various divisions of Advanced Healthcare.

“Molina is committed to strengthening provider collaborations, all in the effort to improve health outcomes for Molina’s Medicaid, Medicare and Marketplace members,” said Brian Maddy, plan president of Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin. “I’m confident Dr. Zastrow’s extensive clinical background and strong ties to Wisconsin health systems will prove beneficial to Molina’s partnerships and expansion efforts.”

Dr. Zastrow received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed postgraduate training and fellowships in family medicine at University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Columbia, S.C.
